If you purchase a bundle (Complete Vault or VIP Mentorship) and request a refund, the entire bundle purchase will be refunded. Partial refunds for individual ebooks within a bundle are not available.
Purchases made with promotional codes or discounts are eligible for refunds. The refund amount will be the amount you actually paid, not the original full price.
Our ebooks are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content. However, our 30-day guarantee still applies — if you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund regardless of whether you've accessed the content.
Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take an additional 1-3 business days for the funds to be fully reflected in your account.
